One person does it all! Self-locking safety stops prevent accidental handle movement. Tilt locks secure drum in vertical and horizontal position. Carry open or closed, steel, fiber or polyethylene drums up to 800 lbs. All-steel, welded construction. 8" hard poly wheels with roller bearings; 4" hard polyolefin rear swivel caster. Leverage adjusts clearance from 5-1/8" to 11-1/2". Clearances are 25-1/2" inside, 34-1/4" outside. Lower handle will not release unless operator deliberately opens safety locks. IN STOCK.
