    1-3/4" MAPLE TOPS.

    Edge-grained laminated butcher block top is virtually indestructible. Warp-resistant materials are laminated throughout and electronically thermobonded. Non-toxic Varnique wear-resistant finish repels liquids.

    2-1/4" MAPLE TOPS.

    Same durable construction as other 1-3/4" maple top but thicker for maximum strength and long life. Laminated clear through, warp-resistant and electronically thermobonded.

    SHOP-MATE TOPS.

    Smooth surface offers strength and durability. 3/8" thick, 62-lb. density phenolic resincore surface with a compressed wood core. Resists moisture and warpage. 1-3/4" top has a high strength lumber core over sealed hardwood bands. 2-1/4" top features an edge-glued lumber core with clear bands.

    DYNA-TOP®TOPS.

    Resists impact and wears well. Features an edge-glued lumber core sandwiched between 3/8", 60-lb. phenolic resincore board. Beveled front edge. Entire top is finished and vinyl sealed to resist conventional liquids. Urea-formaldehyde free.

    Penetrating Oil.

    1-1/2" BUTCHER BLOCK MAPLE TOPS.

    Completely sealed surface features a special combination of pure mineral oil, raw linseed oil, and melted paraffin. Periodic applications of penetrating oil will help preserve top’s original composition. Virtually indestructible, warp-resistant and laminated throughout.

    1-3/4" BUTCHER BLOCK OAK HARDWOOD TOPS.

    Tough, durable Appalachian red oak tops feature a Varnique semi-gloss finish. Bull-nose rounded comfort edge.

    1-3/4" BUTCHER BLOCK BIRCH TOPS.

    An economical alternative to maple. Kiln dried wood fibers are protected with penetrating oil while internal butt joints and full-length exterior rails enhance top’s tough, wear-resistant construction. Periodic applications of NSF-approved oil (listed below) help preserve composition.

    1-3/4" DURATOP®II TOPS

    Comfort edge on both top and bottom increase safety. 3/8" thick 62-lb. density phenolic resincore top and bottom are coated with a catalyzed finish to resist conventional liquids. MDF core offers extra strength. 1-1/4" thick top has 1/2" thick core; 1-3/4" thick top has a 1" thick core.
